Please read the following instructions carefully as your registration cannot be corrected after the deadline.  If you have difficulties or need assistance, I would be happy to complete the process for you.  Please send your name, address, closing date, and equipment information to me at ariannelarge@helmsheating.com.

Your heating and cooling equipment consists of a Carrier split electric system.  A split heat pump system includes an air handler & strip heat (attic or crawl) and the heat pump (outside).  You will have TWO pieces of equipment to register PER SYSTEM.

Our company, Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, installed the equipment in your home.  We provide at least a one-year labor warranty to cover system failures.  Carrier, the equipment manufacturer, provides a five-year limited parts warranty on your equipment.  All coverage begins on your date of closing.

EXTEND YOUR PARTS COVERAGE – FREE!

You can extend the manufacturer’s parts warranty for an additional five years (ten years total) by registering your equipment with Carrier.  Registration MUST be completed within 90 days of your closing.  Gather your model/serial numbers from your equipment and register them on the Carrier registration website. 

 

Your closing date is the installation date.  When prompted to provide the dealer info, search for 101641.
