Please read the following instructions carefully as your registration cannot be corrected after the deadline.  If you have difficulties or need assistance, I would be happy to complete the process for you.  Please send your name, address, closing date, and equipment information to me at


Your heating and cooling equipment consists of a Carrier split gas system.  A split gas system includes a gas furnace & evaporator coil (attic or crawl) and the air conditioner (outside).  Need help?  Locate your equipmentYou will have THREE pieces of equipment to register PER SYSTEM.  

Our company, Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, installed the equipment in your home.  We provide a one-year labor warranty to cover system failures.  Carrier, the equipment manufacturer, provides a five-year limited parts warranty on your equipment.  All coverage begins on your date of closing. 


You can extend the manufacturer’s parts warranty for an additional five years (ten years total) by registering your equipment with CarrierRegistration MUST be completed within 90 days of your closing.  Gather your model/serial numbers from your equipment and register them on Carrier's website here.


NOTE: Click Product Registration. Provide your personal and equipment information and follow the instructions to complete registration.  The installation date is your closing date.  Our Dealer ID # is 15875.  Helms Heating & Air Conditioning and your Builder are not liable if your registration is incomplete, incorrect, or not completed in the time allotted.



For a limited time, you can invest in a Climate Shield extended service agreement (labor coverage).
