A service rep came out to give us a price for a new unit. After several questions about our lifestyle and usage, he gave us a quote. The quote was for 4 different quality systems, what the difference of the systems were, and the cost of each system. He also went over different payment types. At no time did I feel that he was trying to pressure us into a sale of what system to buy. After he was done, I told him I was also getting other quotes. The next day, I called Helms to inform them that I would have them do the work and what unit I wanted. The time was scheduled, and the installers were on time. The installation went well, and the clean up also went very good.
