Residential New Construction is where we make our mark initially, and still continue to raise the bar for the industry.  We install over 1,000 heating and cooling systems per year and continually look for ways to improve ourselves and the comfort that we provide to Charlotte area homeowners.

We have a fully stocked warehouse on-site with service parts and a full line of equipment and supplies.  During the past few years, we have installed approximately 1,500 systems per year.  On average, we bill and collect approximately $5.5 Million annually.  This figure has held true for the past several years.  Our sales volume has allowed our suppliers to reward us with exceptional incentive programs and price breaks, which we are happy to pass on to our customers.

We conduct and supervise every phase of the heating and air conditioning installation, so that it exactly fits the design specifications.  We provide whole-house analysis and load calculations for each new house plan, so that we may meet the maximum degree of comfort.  Our installers are trained in-house per county code.  Our New Construction Department is outstanding:
