I have been meaning to respond to your letter of
December 3, 2004 and now the evaluation of March 8, 2005. It means
a lot to a customer to receive a follow-up letter after a big purchase.
I was very impressed with everyone involved in my new furnace
installation. It was a very big step for me to decide on the right company and the service I would need, along with the price. After seeing their ad on television I first talked with the Morris Jenkins Company. I did not feel comfortable with a company that stresses their big size and went too far in putting other companies down. When I said I had someone from the Helms Company coming to give me a quote, his comment was that your company mostly did housing developments and I would not get the service from Helms like I would Morris Jenkins. He was too strong on selling his company. I saw your ad in the Yellow Pages and being a family business was number one factor and financing was number two. I am divorced, a teaching assistant, and do not make a lot of money. The terms through Wells Fargo are just what I needed. Thank you for looking out for the little people. As stated above, I have been very pleased with the furnace and the follow-up concerns you have. On the evaluation, I commented on the cover being too hard to take off and replace when I change the filter. I would appreciate it if sometime it could be checked. Thank you again for caring, |

| Just wanted to say thank you to you and Steve Jackson. I am the person who was having trouble with my system cooling in August/September. My builder, Rick Maple, contacted you about this system in August and a service call was made. When all of that did not pan out, Steve Jackson was sent here to work on it. He was here for a couple of hours and left saying that the system would work fine. I was a little leery, but it worked better than it had previously. I guess the real test will be next summer, but as for the end of this past season, it has handled more efficiently. Thanks again to you and Steve. |

I am writing this letter to commend
your sales staff and technicians. Antonio and Vince from your
sales staff came to my house to provide me a quote for having a
humidifier and an air cleaner installed. They were extremely
pleasant, honest and helpful in making suggestions for the appropriate
equipment for my house. I was extremely pleased when they
accommodated my schedule for installation and was amazed that they were
able to install the equipment the very same week! On the date of installation, the service technicians and the sales staff were at my house promptly at the appointment time. Vince and Antonio stayed to make sure the job got underway successfully. The technicians (Michael, Rodney, and Jim) were courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job in installing the equipment. I must also add that I was very impressed that they took care in covering their work boots so as not to get dirt on my carpet. I have had occasion to have many workmen in my home and your crew was the only one who took care in respecting my family's living area. Your staff exemplifies every aspect of excellent customer service which is a rare commodity these days. You should be proud to have Antonio, Vince, Michael, and Rodney on your staff. I am writing to again thank you for
the services of two of your technicians who recently installed a new
Lennox heating unit in my home. Michael Seibel and Jim Sullivan
went "far beyond the call of duty" in their manner and means of
providing excellence and showed unexcelled expertise in the installation
process. They were careful to leave nothing behind - no
fingerprints, no footprints, no paper clutter - and anything they moved,
they put back in place before leaving. Most of all, they treated
me with respect and courtesy - an attribute of all Helms' workers, I've
found. In addition to thanking you for Mr. Seibel and Mr. Sullivan. I want to also express my appreciate to Mr. Steve Jackson who sold me the heating unit. He was kind and considerate and not pushy in any way. He exemplified "salesmanship" at its best.
